why we fall sick?

Why we get sick?
we are who we make ourselves to be.
what goes around comes around.
we indulge in unhealthy living, our world is polluted and poisoned, the air we breathe is contaminated with pollutants emanating from our factories and industrial processes
we eat junk food, hot dogs, pizzas, burgers and so on.these foods lack nutrition and lack the essential trace elements and chemicals necessary for cell growth.we overcook our foods replenishing it of its vital nutrietnts.we overspice and use too much oil.

when we get a headache,we pop a panadol,we take all kinds of chemicals to supposedly cure one ailment or the other.these drugs are temporary efficient ,but in the long run we have our bodies fighting against two things-the harmful invading organisms and the chemicals we have willfully taken as drugs.the side effects from these drugs are crazy.
when you are sick, your body is showing a warning that it is fighting against a foreign body or harmful intrusion into the normal working condition of itself.naturally our bodies can fight against all forms of infections but we don't allow it to,we dont lend any support to our defense systems, rather we pop in pills after pills which just amelirate the symptoms only, while the real problem is not tacckled.so after sucessfully relieving the symptoms of malaria, and you heave a sigh of relief hoping all is well, you are bombarded with another stronger bout of malaria which cannot be treated with your previous medication, but a larger stronger dose and more toxic pill would be recommended to you.

Our forefathers and the ancient ones were known to live for up to 130 years, they hardly fell sick and even if they did, they allowed their bodies to heal itself naturally by connecting with nature.they took herbs and foods that helped their bodies recover from the diseases of those times.
this blog seeks to enlighten people about the reason behind sickness and poverty and also to share with the people the lies of the pharmaceutical and the medical professsion and to expose us to the the world of natural self healing using herbs and plants and foods around us.
